How much Aromasin? Low libido

I just finished pct and have low libido. I. Waiting for a couple weeks to get bloods. I just got some aromasin in and want to execute it to drop my estrogen a bit because I think I have high estrogen since I have 0 libido/ sex drive.

What's a good dosage? 12.5mg e3d?
I just want to lower estrogen NOT crash
 
E contributes to sex drive. Taking Exem will be counterproductive, get bloods and ride it out and wait for your body to come back into equilibrium. (I'm assuming you PCT-d correctly)
 
First mistakes too many people do is making dumb assumptions like you are doing right now and starting to take a drug to combat something that isn’t even verified. Get bloods before playing with your estrogen just because you THINK it might be estrogen. You’re just out of a 16 weeks cycle my man. Your libido is not going to be great for a while.

Man you need to let your body find homeostasis. You recently came off a 16 week cycle! Stop taking drugs, eat healthy fats, supplement with perhaps zma and a good natyy test booster and eat enough, and get enough sleep. Nothing else you can do.

I have been off "trt" for 5 weeks and my libido is non-existent, i feel emotional but the worst of all, i am getting soft and losing strength in the gym. It is a part of the game.

But it is not forever. The time for a new round of gains will come 😀.

Because it wasnt dr prescribed trt, i was pinning 100mg test anf hcg on my own behalf because:

1) i tried coming off cycle without hcg and it was a disaster. I felt terrible, paranoid, anxious, depressed and sad.

2) i needed to spend some time on hcg so that it can kickstart the endogenous T production and make my testicoes come back to size. So i spent like 8 weeks first on 100mg test/ hcg and then hcg only for the last 2 weeks, and then stopped everything abput 5 weeks ago. Ran clomid at 50 and then 25 mg for 4 weeks.

I mean i dont feel exactly terrible, not even close to how i felt when i forst tried coming off in august. It is just that i felt amazing on "trt" and i had kinda lowish natty test before the cycle and now it is probably even lower.

But it is ok to go both through highs and lows. Whatever comes up must come down. Whenever you feel superhuman on cycle, you must spend some time feeling like sh1t afterwards to compensate.

Have you considered getting bloodwork done through health insurance, and getting prescribed TRT?

No as i am 23 and all they have in my country legally is either nebido or gels.

I would be fine with nebido but those idiots will pin you with 1000mg (4ml) at once every 10-12 weeks. I would slap the sh1t out of someone trying to pin 4 ml into my muscle at once and then have my levels go on a roller-coaster. What an ignorance.

I would pin nebido like 250mg every 2 weeks! Not any less frequent.

but tbh prescription is not an issue for me, it is the age. 10 years down the road i may think about it.
