I’ve done 1g for 50 workout days before so I know what to expect, now I have enough to do 2G every workout day. I also got ABE, and can grab LCLT and lecithin granules from somewhere to. Foregoing the HCA this time cause it’s to many pills.
Truthfully I'd stick with 1 to 1.5g. I ran 1.5g for awhile and muscle pump + fullness was great but my joints were starting to ache. I would think 2g would make it worse but that could have just been me.
