How much ArA?

I’ve done 1g for 50 workout days before so I know what to expect, now I have enough to do 2G every workout day. I also got ABE, and can grab LCLT and lecithin granules from somewhere to. Foregoing the HCA this time cause it’s to many pills.
 
I found 1 to 1.5 g is perfect for me but i personally haven't tried 2g. Sometimes more isn't always better so my gut would say just stick with 1.5g and no need to go to 2g.
 
How important is the LCLT and Lecithin? Start my first ara run in a month or two.

I think it has died down in popularity a bit, but it still has its benefits. I think you’ll enjoy the run no matter what, but may as well optimize it as much as possible.

I was asking more out of curiosity why the inclusion of those 2 with ara runs.
 
On mobile so I can’t link the thread easily (there’s a huge thread on here somewhere).

Carnitine (or low dosed Advil) is to give an end result of more ArA converted to prostaglandins.

GMS or Lecithin was to emulsify the ArA.

I don’t feel they are needed, but they were cheap so easy add ons.

Without I would just definitely dose pre and maybe a little higher dose.

Regardless ArA is effective.

This is spot on. I’ve done both 1.5 and 2 and never felt much additional benefit so for cost sake I stick to 1.5
