How much AI do I need?

Ok guys, I'm on TRT. however, I blast & cruise occasionally. Well, I'm currently blasting (I guess), I'm taking 600mg a week of Test Cyp (I pin 300mg twice a week, every 3rd or 4th day). I know E2 levels vary from person to person, I understand that....But generally, on average, how much AI would someone need when taking 600mg of Test Cyp? I do have Anastrolzole (generic Arimidex) 1mg tablets on hand. I'm currently taking 1/4 of a 1mg tablet every 4 days. I can't tell if it's enough or not. Can anyone offer any experience or advise?

I'm my opinion there's no real way to say take this much and you'll be fine since it varies so much from person to person. Blood work will be this best way but I'm sure your Dr isn't gonna support blasting. Going off how you feel and any sides you may be experiencing. Personally I take 1/4 of a 1mg pill twice a week which is on the days I inject and my E2 is consistently 22-23. So I would think you may not be taking enough, but again people are so different and AI's are very powerful.
