How Much 6-Bromo Lowers Estrogen?

Invalid Link Removed

I'm gonna give you guys a tip.

Pubmed central SUCKS. The search engine isn't too great, and it's only giving you the extract.

scholar.google.com is your best bet for finding studies. Of course, I don't always approve of reading academic/clinical studies if you're not versed on the jargon. It sometimes gets confusing, and all too often, people draw inaccurate conclusions from them.

Nice post, Sinner. Anecdotally, 6 bromo seems to be working very well for me. I have a pre-existing gyno lump that had been removed, then grew back some months later. Using 6 bromo and toremifene for a PCT after using the One for 3 weeks. Lump size in down significantly after only 3 days of PCT. Hoping it will fade away for good, but that's not too likely.

Ah, but we can't pretend as though toremifene isn't contributing. ;)

6-Br is really selective at attacking the aromatase and I usually recommend taking a suicidal AI alongside a SERM for PCT. It speeds up the process, but I'll save that lengthy post for another conversation.

For whatever reason, having a strong electronegativity coming from carbon 6 appears to make for great suicidal aromatase inhibitors. In essence, this is the same feature on the functional groups incorporated by 6-oxo, ATD, and Exemestane as well.

I've always wondered if an iodo group would be even better, but I think that might be too big, and either wouldn't have a desired interaction with the enzyme or degrade too quickly.
