How much 5% topical spironolactone do I apply?

Just got some 5% spiro that I wanted to start using since I am about to start a Propadrol/low dose H-Drol cycle pretty soon and wasnt quite sure how much to use? It just came in a big bottle, no dropper or directions on how much to use? This is all it says
"Topical Spironolactone 5% solution is a FULL 8 Oz. (232 ML’s)"

I believe I use it 2 times a day. Any advice suggestions would be great

Anyone?

Last night I just rubbed a little in my hair and then washed it out in the morning. Trying to see how I can do this twice a day though? I dont really have a chance to put it on in the morning since I dont think I can put the spiro on and then put gel in my hair? Any advice would be great

do you know that Spiro is a concurrent of test for binding to AR`s, and its suppressive too.
I know that sellers of that **** say there`s no absorption to the blood stream but I would not risk,l saw some reviews were guys say they fell like crap...
Stay away, go with minoxidil+finasteride

Are you saying its almost like running test since its suppressive? Would this make gains better or worse on cycle?

Well I read in the hair loss prevention thread that some people claimed it can get into the body and cause low-androgen related symptoms and its better to use on cycle. Well thats mainly the plan but want to try it out for a week before I use it during my cycle. I tried liquid finasteride for 5 days ED at .5mg and my libido went down so fast it was crazy. I stopped right after that since I heard it can cause ED. I was thinking about using .5mg a few times a week on cycle though, still not sure.

resuming: test binds to androgen receptors(AR`s) and that is the chemical message to begin a lot of process to repair of muscle and its growth(anabolism), spiro bind to AR`s and block test to do its job but spiro dont have any anabolic potential so you will not growth you`re gonna shrink.
when I say its suppressive I say that spiro is gonna decrease your test production and if you ask me I`ll not touch it on or off cycle...
 
From what I understand that only happens if taken orally. Is there any where I can read up on about spiro having those effects when used as a topical?

If that were the case why would so many bodybuilders recommend it during cycle? I would think that if what your saying is true someone on cycle using spiro wouldnt see any gains?

I just tell you one thing, I would stay away from spiro, EVEN TOPICAL ITS DANGEROUS(suppressive and non-anabolic)
 
I used some a few years ago, can't remember how much. This was back in the day when CNW (a former sponsor) used to carry research chemicals.
After more research I switched from spiro to azelaic acid to reduce/eliminate AR binding on the scalp, thus preventing hair loss.
 
You can use the spiro, but you want no more than a mL right along the hairline, otherwise you risk absorption. 1 mL= 1 gm = 1000 mg x 5% = 50 mg, you might want to go with even less than an mL. If if were 2%, that would only be 20mg, but 50mg is questionable.

good post , but there`s a lot of safer alternatives for bodybuilders , i`ll pass the spiro
 
Thanks for the replies guys

The only azelaic acid I found online were some tabs and wasnt too sure about buying from that site. Also seen it premixed with Minoxidil (Rogaine) 10% but kinda worried about using Minoxidil since you shed hair in the beginning. Anyone know how long the shedding process is with Minoxidil?

Now I just gotta keep searching for azelaic acid in topical form
