I just got two bottles of m1d andro and one bottle of form xt. How many pills should I take of these? I have my milk thistle for extra liver protection because I'm also a diabetic, this isn't my first go around with these types of supplements.

I'm 5'6 170 will this supplement work? To build lean muscle
