How many pills do you pop a day?

That is one thing that I find a PITA.  I don't like to pop all the pills like I am a druggie.  Also, one has to bring all that stuff to work, vacation etc.  Right now I am not taking so much stuff, but potential I could be taking the following:

3 multi-vitamins

6 ALA

3 Fish Oil Caps

3 Glucosamine/Condroitin

6-8 Liver pills

3 Garlic pills

3-4 1AD caps

1-2 ECA product

3-4 ZMA

1-3 Tribulus product

Right now I am using ZMA, Liver, and ALA.  I should be taking my Multi's, Glucosamine however.  On occasions I pop in some Dymetadrine Extreme, and fish oil caps.

Blend it all in a shake probably won't work so well cuz some of these should be taken with food, some otherwise.  Some need to be taken early part of the day, others in the evening.

 
 
you got me beat. currently my supps in pill form are low cuz i aint using zma or liver tabs. right now...

2 multi
1 vit C
1 vit E
4-6 flax oil (ya in cap form...)
2 eca (xenadrine) only pre-workout
2 ginger root

2 ECA (preworkout)

1 Vitamin B6

3-4 glucosamine/chondroitin

ya...you got us. but compared to bill romanoski of the raiders (formly broncos)...all of us combined cant reach him (ha). it was about 5 years back i read it in sports illustrated and he listed the pills he was poppin per day and it covered a whole page (i mean, i spreadsheet form base...) really wish i had that issue man

Except you could eliminate most of those...if you're taking liver tabs, no need in taking to animal paks you will make yourself VERY sick like this. The amount of fat soluble vitamins you're taking in will eventually back up and you'll have problems. You can eliminate the b-6 since its in the liver tabs. After you run out of Animal Pak, drop it, thats the worst multi supplement made, get a normal multi, take 1 in the morning and thats it, with liver tabs you almost dont even need a multi
 
But if anyone's wondering, I take 1 multi and 18-20 liver tabs each day and thats it. When Im on a cycle, I'll add ZMA and some extra vitamin C & E and 6 d-bol's a day ;)

I actualy am gonna run out of animal packs in 3 days anyway.
 
Why is it a good thing to take all those pills? My question is if anyone has actually stopping taking them or had labs to see if you are actually doing anything other than dropping money.

Every time I try to reduce the amount, I get paranoid I will be missing out on something so I continue.
