How many of you out there have done AAS stuff at 21? and did you guys regret it? care to share your experiences?

Don't start too young bro.

Not worth the risks at all.

Maybe u can start one when you are more experienced.

Just my 2cents worth.

I only know one person who I thought might be able to do it at 21, just because he had been training and eating correctly 4 years before that and had hit a plateau. I think for the majority, you shouldn't even think about it until you are 22+... Even then if only everything else in your routine is perfect.

thanks but how experienced is experience? and what counts for experience?

i believe i gotta start somewhere...just wanna see what is the general consensus on starting at 21...and the probability of still being able to grow in height, i don't think i wanna go for an x-ray just for that and besides that then in theory i still can grow right up to when i'm 30..but i don't think i wanna wait that long right?

anyway thanks for your kind and useful advice..will take into much consideration..so who else?

If you wanna insist on taking AAS,

remember to do a good PCT..

No issue at all..

Everyone's learning here..

i'm only 20- still waitin till i'm a little bit older to get into anabolics. def. learn as much as you can- so much info out there.

Training Experience? I'd expect about 5 years of solid serious and educated lifting out of someone, before they decided to venture into steroid use.

I don't see how someone can plateau in 5 years since they started lifting, and if they say they have, they just aren't willing to go that extra step.

EVEN MORE IMPORTANTLY than training experience, you should have an extremely good knowledge of all things steroid related, before deciding to do a cycle.

Don't start researching 1 month before you plan to do your first cycle, start researching 1 year before you do.

If you've planned for your first cycle to be even 3 months from now, and your still asking on anabolicminds forum what ancillaries to use and at what dosages. Your not ready for that cycle.

I'm not saying any of this is you, not at all. These are just things you should keep in mind. Venturing into steroids is a serious step, with serious consequences for those who are not 100% prepared. Yes, a few people have the genetics to luck through life without ever having to deal with these consequences, but the majority of users aren't this lucky.

I started at the age of 20 unfortunately.... I do regret it because I know i wasn't at my peak, but at that time i justed wanted to be huge and didn't care about the long run... Though i knew proper PCT etc... i wish i waited till i was at least 23

I did a cycle at 21. I don't exactly regret it. Everything went smooth for the most part. Got the results I wanted and felt great. Should I have waited, probably, but I made the choice and what's done is done. Just know what the hell you're doing. That's all I got.

I did a 1-Test cycle from VPX when I was 18 years old... I don't exactly regret that either- got the results I was looking for and maintained them throughout.. Now that i'll be 22 in two weeks, i don't think that it really effected me badly..
My next cycles that I have ran, 1,4ADD+ finigenX and PP/SD cycle i waited until I was 21 to do though. It's all in knowledge- I didn't know much when i was 18 which is why i took the 1-test, but everything went well thank god and I have since gotten many blood tests-all good- have grown about 2-3 inches... So I think i'm in good shape at the moment..

That's probably the biggest thing you need to work on before considering anything hormonal. Diet will make or break your gains before cycle, during cycle, during pct, and after pct. IMO, if your diet was good, you would know it.
