How many mgs should i take.

Im getting ready to do an 8week pulse of dbol and was going to take milk thistle, fenugreek and hawthorne berry as post cycle therapy and wondering how one decides how many mgs i should take? im at about 210 with around 12percebt body fat...just curious if there is some sort of guideline based on weight.
 
Well i plan on taking the fen on off nights starting week five and then just as part of my pct ill take the others along with cycle support
 
outline everything that your gonna use and when so i can see what your thinking. also outline your post cycle therapy.
 
hey thanks a lot! i appreciate it....well I will be stacking hyperdrolx2/massfx/retain while im pulsing dbol. I will be taking the stack as follows

hyperdrol 1 pill-am, 2 pill preworkout, 1pm
mass fx 1 pill-am, 2 pill preworkout, 1 pill pm
retain 1 pill preworkout and 1 pill postworkout

At the same time i will be pulsing dbol(all mgs will be split in half one half prework out and one half post workout so at 10mgs i will be doing 5mgs pre and 5mgs post) I will be pulsing 3 days a week on workout days Mon-Tue-and Thursday.
Week 1 10mg-20mg-30mg
Week 2 30mgs
Week 3-5 40mgs and i will start talking trib(?) and fenugreek(?) on off days
Week 6 50mgs
Week 7-8 50mgs but may bump to 60mgs and I will take trib(?) and fenugreek daily(?) Week 8 I will start cycle support by AI.

Week 9-10 will be my post cycle therapy with the fen and cycle support and taper them down.

Throughout all 8weeks I will taking Milk Thistle at 1000mg and DHEA at 25-50mgs on off nights as well as 3-4g of Arganine and 3-4g of Taurine on workout days.

I put question marks where i was curious how many mgs would be sufficient and anything you could add would be great!

i read the ratio of trib to fen should be two to one, not sure how appropriate that is.

are you gonna be running a SERM such as Nolvadex, Clomid, or Toremifene as part of your PCT?

IMO you should run the cycle support the entire time. start it before the cycle and use it all the way through your PCT. AI's cycle support is the best, i use it everyday if i'm on cycle or not.

If your running the AX stack there really is no need for tribulus IMO, it doesn't do all that much. if you do a search on it you will find ppl that think its usefull and ppl who don't. i don't really bother with it unless its in a test booster. as far as the fenugreek i have never used it so i'm not sure on how many mg's for sure.
 
By this plan you have, it doesn't seem you have done much research in regards to Steroid use. The Mass FX and Hyperdrol would not be a good addition in my opinion. Also pyramiding the Dbol like that will just waste it. Keep it at one dose between 20-30 mg. The DHEA is also gonna add to the ESTRO sides of the DBOL. Re-think this and ask around, read and plan a lot more.
