Ok, i've researched some people saying 5 grams, some people saying 30-40 grams. Is this what you guys actually supplement, or what? I know my whey protein and casein shakes have bcaa's as well, so I would be counting them.
I bought some bulk bcaa's and wondered how much I should actually take and when....I swear some people say during workout, some after work out with their protein, and some say on an empty stomach......
It's starting to sound like personal preferance, and I didn't know if there was any actual reason to take bcaa's at a certain time....
