I would think the longer the better the super compensation would be but then again you don't want to loose a lot of muscle. I think the norm is one refeed a week im sure yu cud extend that a little longer though
That's what I'm thinking but I bought these ketone test strips and on my 7th day it's showing that I'm barely starting running on ketones, so I'm going to extend it to 14days or whenever I'm running on pure ketones
