How many calories per day do you eat?

Bulk- 3500. 200p/400c/110f

Cut- 2500. 220p/180c/80f

I work industrial construction as a laborer so my activity level is stupid high. Need the carbs and cals

I work a job with high physical demands as well. I cut eating 2800 kcal right now; didn't record calories when I did a short bulk last year. Weighing in at 232 now; started at 272 @ 5'8" in the beginning of the 2014.
 
Wow, I'm amaze reading this post. Most of you are consuming thousands of calories a day. I only eat around 1200-1500 kcal daily to maintain my weight of 120 lbs.
 
I am very conscientious about calories. I count carbs and I count calories. I stuck to 1200 calories throughout my weight loss period. I lost an average of 1.5lbs a week with no stalls or plateaux. I have now lost 3stone 8lbs which is over 27% of my starting weight and am at goal weight so have increased my calories to 1500 and may have to increase again to 1600 because I am still losing the odd pound. I think it is essential to calorie count when on low carb and trying to lose weight because of the increased fats. Many fats are very calorific, notably dairy.

I don't understand how you guys can have time to eat 5-7 healthy meals a day, not to mention how much you spend on all that as well.

How much do ya'll usually spend on food a month btw?

Priorities ! I don't drink, smoke, gamble or use illegal drugs, most of my Red Meat is venison with only cost a small fee at the butcher shop to process. It is kind of like when people say "You work 10 hours a day when do you find time to workout?" Priorities !!!

They are deep into Broscience and need to eat more to stimulate their metabolism LOL
People don't still believe this though.. do they?
 
1800-2000 right now as I try to cut about 15 pounds. Tough after a 2800/day bulk cycle. Still honing in my macros though.

Are in prep or something? Do you really notice a difference with 160c less on non days?

No prep, reverse dieting. About to start a cut for a photo shoot soon. And I only have refeed days once a week every Saturday. I'm more of a see money do person, Im just hitting the macros coach gave me. Team pro physique represent
