I have read on another thread that the limit on cissus before suppression is 20 per day.What does that equal to symmetry?

The bueaty of Cissus is that cissus has a wide array of anabolic pathways that does not tax the system. Cissus is anabolic to bone that leads to production of new bone cells(osetoblast cells -----Im sorry at 25 caps it doesnt suppress but what did you mean about symmetry?

I was tryin to get an idea on the ratio --like for every1 cap of symmetry=2 caps of cissus for the parts they have in common
