Ok, I'm down with Cycle Length + PCT Length = Time Off, for rolling DS/PH cycles.

But if the next run will be 12.5mg Ostarine for 8 weeks, do I still need to wait 3 months?

I finished 6 weeks PCT with Clomid 40/40/20/20/20eod/20eod today. Tomorrow I planned on doing 8 weeks of all the plant stems and leaves I have lying around (AnaBeta, Bulbine, Fadogia) and wanted to get rid of this bottle of BSL PCT IV I have gathering dust.

^^ I would second that! More rest is always the safest.

Resting is super important so your body can readjust... I have heard a lot more people saying that blasting and cruising is becoming more popular though.

I wouldn't blast and cruise unless it was my job and I needed to, like being a PRO BB or powerlifter.
