i have a bottle of lgi halo 25 that was opened about 7 months ago.it has been stored indoors and the manafactured date is december of 2013.do you think theyd still be safe to take?

Should be g2g. Worst case is it lost some potency but it's safe for sure.

As long as they have not been exposed to intense heat or direct continuous sunlight for the amount of time they have been open they are almost surely fine.
