How long until DMSO has fully absorbed into the body?

I’ve been using transdermal epicatechin and ursolic acid, dissolved n a mixture of 80% benzyl alcohol and 20% dmso. I’ve been making some decent gains on it over the past month, but man, does it suck to be covered in it for an extended period of time. I’ve searched high and low for a definitive answer on how long it takes for dmso and the compounds to fully absorb into the skin. Some say 30 minutes, others say a few minutes. Has anyone found any info on this?

Every time I have used DMSO it was "absorbed" rather quickly but will leave a bit a residue until wiped off. Once you get that taste in your mouth you can be sure it's been absorbed.

Thanks, was wondering about the residue. Unless I waited almost an hour, there would be some liquid residue. Usually get the maximum sulfur taste around the 15 minute mark, so I’ll probably wipe it off near then.
