just wondering what the normal time to start feeling appetite from eq is. really having a hard time stuffing all this food down so it would be nice if i could give appetite a little kick, thnking of maybe getting some b12. you guys think i should run the b12 as well or will the appetite increase from eq be enough? thanks.
