I think i have lost 1.5-2% BF already (diet started 3 1/2 weeks ago). Assuming i have 19% BF now, what do you think how long i will have to cut to reach 12% BF at -500 cal? I am 177cm, 87,5 kg now, started with 90 kg. At the same time i started my diet i have begun taking Triazole. OEP i added one week later. When TZ bottle is empty i will switch to 4 weeks of Lean Xtreme and give OEP a 4 week-break.

Totally depends on your diet and exercise routine I am currently doing something similar I'm coming back from a 12 month layoff due to back injury I started at about 30% BF @226lbs about 12 weeks ago. Now down to 17.2% @ 224lbs I do a full body workout M W F following usplabs Fasted training protocol and fasted cardio on sun, tues, & thurs my diet is clean 600 cals under I've only cheated maybe 3-4 times my supplements include prime, anabolic pump, supper cissus, pink magic, TNA, oep, and modern bcaa this has worked tremendously well for me. Hopefully it'll give u some insight. Good luck bro!

I've dropped from 21 to 12-13% in 10 weeks.

I did this fastest when i dropped all starch from my diet on non lifting days and just got carbs from non-starchy vegetables. I'm playing basketball 2-3 times a week and lifting 2-3 times as well, doing full body workouts

You dont want to lose BF% too quickly unless you are willing to lose more muscle mass at the same time

Allow a loss of 0.5% bodyfat a week. With this in mind, realistically (and ideally) it will take you 14 weeks to go from 19% bodyfat to 12% bodyfat. It could possibly take you as little 9-10 weeks, but it's not recommended to lose bodyfat fast, because the faster you lose it the less likely you are to maintain it once you reach your goal and start eating normally, etc., and, as already mentioned, the faster you lose it, the more likely you are to lose a higher ratio of lean body mass to bodyfat as well, and this is NOT what you want to do (you want to lose bodyfat ONLY, maintaining the lean muscle mass that you currently have).
