How long to clear the system?

I'm on TRT, and I'm doing an 8 week cycle (400mg/week test e). How long do I have to wait before my levels will return to normal on the therapeutic dose? I figure if I wait two months after the cycle ends before the next hormone test, I should be all set. What do you think?

Does the 8 weeks include PCT? Or is the PCT after? I think the typical rule of thumb is time on+PCT = time off.
 
He's on hrt so I don't think he's going to do pct

You should be able to calculate based on half-life or use this
