How long does it take to feel the Anavar effects?

Hi, I'd like to know how long will it take me to see the effects of anavar (40mg per day)? In order to start the cycle at the best moment before contest.
and there are also a few thing I'd like to know:

-When and how often should I take it (40mg)? After meal?
-Should I take legalon each time I'm taking an Anavar pill?
-Does anybody know the best site (quality and best price) to buy some?
