How long does it take for Rad 140 to kick in?

How long does it take for Rad 140 to kick in? I read it takes as low as 1 week to 2 weeks at 10mg. Can anyone else confirm this?

I think it does very based on your personnel tolerance but I would say roughly the 2 to 3 week mark it should start kicking in.
