Just interested in knowing the different amounts of time. I usually take 2 months off(depending on cycle length), but it varies. Let me know what has worked best for you.:head:
relax brother..... I was clarifying what you said about your post cycle therapy(good point). I just wanted the public to recognize post cycle therapy as part of a PA/PH cycle! Ideally the time off between cycles should be as long as the cycle..... right. I'm far from an expert; thus why I asked the question.
Good thread.After my first ph i planned on waiting 3 months as most say to do(1m ph,1m post cycle therapy,2m clean)I talked to a guy that works at a sup store and he said you could sart another cycle the day after post cycle therapy.So i started another 6 weeks after previous ph.The second didn't do anything but give me leg cramps in the tear drop after leg day.The second was a superdrol/pheraplex combo,the first was mass tabs,the mass tabs were fun,the second sucked.A few guys at my gym and the guys at the store say most love the sup/phera combo.Bottom line,i started too early after last cycle,got the negatives with no positives,i will always do time on ph+post cycle therapy=time off from now on.I was told receptors had not recharged yet.

Aren't you smart...... It is being answered just fine. There are going to be all different answers.... I think that is obvious! This thread isn't based on who is responsible, or not responsible; its universal knowledge brother.

I just said i told ya cause the next post after mine did what i said in previous post in more ways than one.It is being answered just fine by not being answered,and by responsible i mean they do time on+post cycle therapy=time off.Thats what i always read off the internet,and we are on the internet.The only guys that are "eager"and wait less time than that are the guys at my local supplement store and the guys that follow directions on ph bottles(4-6weeks sometimes)I ofcourse did it once and learned from it.
What if you pulse? does this change things any? ie: can time off be shorter than time on+post cycle therapy= time off?
So far I have run numerous supplement cycles over the course of my lifting years. I have gone from 8 weeks on and turning right around and doing another 8 weeks immediately following (with no break or post cycle therapy) and that was the real stuff. I have also done one 4 week cycle in a year and thats it. Now of course, I have gotten alot wiser and learned a little more and I usually take 1 to 2 months off with a good post cycle therapy.

Ironic,the exact answer/s i was looking for,came from the thread starter.Thanks partyman.As for slow progress,always check ebay.I'm the only one who ever mentions that site.Their was a guy saying how h-drol is all sold out,i go to ebay and one guy has over 900,while others had it as well.Always check ebay,even before purchasing from a site,they have realy good deals sometimes.I only seen 2 bottles of havoc last ichecked,but that was a while ago.
Nope, not sold out everywhere. Just picked up two more bottles, but this time going with Fast Action's H-Drol, they also had CEL H-Drol still in stock. From what I'm reading, stores should be restocking here very shortly according to CEL, it's been shipped.
I didn't see any bad things about Fast Action and I've read quite a bit, doesn't matter though, I've got a ton of the CEL's also. I'll have them both to compare at a later date.
time on (post cycle therapy included) = time off
so if you are on a 4wk cycle, with 3wks of pct... thats a total of 7 wks and thats how long you take off before you start another cycle of ph/ps

Thats why I don't like long cycles!3 weeks of m-drol or 4 of another for me.
You pulse it and it ends up being longer on cycle...shorter off cycle![]()
I know some like to pulse,but I don't like the idea..I feel you should have the stuff in your system at a regular dose 24/7 for full affect.Before I ever read about pulsing I have always heard people stressing the importance of taking designers on off days when your body gets a chance to catch up and recover......pulsing goes against this.I might try it one day,but I haven't been convinced otherwise yet.It's nice to have that break so you don't have to foce feed yourself.Thats how I have always grown,even before designers.I'd get fed up, with no gains and start literally chocking the food down.....I mean literaly.Now with designers,I kind of take control and force a growth spurt.Then eat untill comftorably full every two hours on off time.
...someone chime in and say, "calm down buddy, no. you don't need to wait 18 weeks for your next cycle. 2 months is more than enough if you ask me."
Then you know what would be great? If the person following this post writes, "i agree cuz i've been doing a 4 week rest period after pct for my past 6 runs and i've got the bloodwork to prove everything is still running as it should. Go for it man. hell just do a month off, you'll be fine trust me. I'll even wire you money for your bloodtest results."
...seriously all i want to hear is whether 18 weeks is unneccesarily long.
