How long can you run 5 alpha and what kind if any pct do you need?

You can run it quite long. 12-16 weeks.
PCT should always be the strongest PCT you can run.

so if i ran it with dermacrine topical and at 3-4 pills a day could i just use reboot or definitely need more backup?

I do t know that you definitely need more back up but I definitely know that more back up doesn't hurt.
