Hey guys,

Ive been taking ECA non stop every day for maybe 2 months? How long can you safely take ephedrine every day? I suppose its actually an EC stack because im not taking aspirin.

Should i stop immediately or is it safe to run up until i start my next test/ winny cycle in a month?

Thanks!

my personal anecdotal response is that I have done an EC stack for 6 months without any side effects! B/P and pulse was normal.. also will never run it that long again! not sure about the anabolics doe.

My main concern would be your cortisol taking a beating. I’d give your body a few weeks off after 2 months.

I think Mixelflick said he ran it for several years straight. Ephedrine actually has a pretty decent safety record.

Sorry just saw this now! I did some research on using EC for extended periods of time longer than 3 months and the risk vs rewards are not worth it! It can be stressful on the heart over time and I wasnt getting the best sleep at full dosages (3x a day at 24mg per dose) which put even more stress on my body! I was taking reduce xt for the end of the stack which I believed help with sleep/cortisol!

I had 3 failed EKGs from it, in a two month period, follow 3 months use.

It wasn't till I did a stress echo cardio, that they cleared me from having had a heart attack....

Not sure how long, I’m sure it depends on the individual, but I can imagine you would see a decrease in effectiveness and probably tax your cns pretty heavily. I had always liked short runs, or even every other day. It is extremely effective for reducing appetite. It is great if doing any type of fasting or dieting.

Honestly i noticed the stimulant effect completely wore off after a week. It may be a little hard to nap still 3 months in if i have taken a dose within the last 4 hours but id say the appetite suppression is still present.
