How long between cycles..help please

Hey everybody...

How long do most AAS users on here take off between a cycle, I only just finished my first cycle , it was test prop. Now I'm on the pct and doing well.

Just want to get a "healthy" timeframe without taking too damn long off... It's definitely ****ty hitting the weights now as compared to before...

I ran it for 10 weeks at 300mg per week so was a lower end dose.

time ON cycle + PCT lenght = Total NON-DEBATABLE time off.
