How long after test e CRUISE to wait to start pct?

I know the general rule is 2 weeks after a cycle, but that seem to be in the case of a blast. I turned it down after the virus hit and cruised at about 240mg per week (I know it’s kinda on the high side) so should I still wait the standard two weeks or just one week?
