How long after pct do you wait to get blood work?

Im right in thinking it should at least be a week after you've stopped taking your serms to go get blood work? otherwise your bloods will still be high due to the serms still in your system?

I wanted to ask the same question. I feel you should wait at least 1 to 2 months after the serm for your body to level out.

I bet the real answer is like 6 months lol

Personally, I would leave my body alone some more time to recover from all the oxidative stress.

A bit old thread and post, but I stumbled across this so;

General rule of thumb -> Cycle lenght + pct = time off.

Example: 8 week cycle + 4 week serm pct = 12 weeks at minimum off of anything hormonal AFTER pct.

Recovery time is for several other things aswell than just for hormonal balance. Like lipids, liver etc.
