How long after injection are bloods the most accurate?

I’m currently on 400mg of test iso and 30mg of Msten (probably gonna cut it back to 20 actually). I inject 200mg every 4 days so it’s actually a little less than 400 a week.

Anyways I’m going to get bloods like two weeks after my Msten is done to see where I’m at and if I’m okay to throw var in the last 6 weeks of the test cycle. I also really want to know where 200mg every 4 days is putting my test and estrogen levels. If I pin at night how many days after should I get the blood drawn?

It's difficult to get a reliable read when injecting 2x weekly as peak generally happens 24-36 hours post injection. Iso is similar to cyp with a half life around 4-5 days.

So, if you are wanting to check peak levels, about day 2 would be the spot. For trough, the day of injection would be the spot.

Typically, they check in a trough, not a peak. That being said, if you're looking for peak numbers, your math is about right.
