Just finished an 8 week cycle (bulk). I gained about 22 and a half pounds, but half lost 5 and a half pounds of it after two weeks. I assume some of this is glycogen from the DMZ and various other compounds I was running. Lost a coupe pounds last week and a couple this week. Hoping most of my loss is just glycogen and not muscle. I can still lift the same amount as on cycle which is a good sign. My question is, after a cycle ends about how long do you estimate it takes to lose the glycogen retention? My cycle was DMZ, S23, Rad 140, 1 andro, and LGD plus 175 mg a week trt test.
