I'm not sure WTH I'm doing wrong, but I just can't get the muscle fibers below your scaps to pop like that. It's like you got two ropes under there. Any tips or cues?
Thanks everyone I'm working hard for some mass this offseason to make a stage appearance soon. And Kingmars I utilize neutral grip pull-ups a lot lately and I'm fairly certain those are to attribute to my recent back development.
