How important is HCG on TRT

Some guys’ testicles do atrophy and some don’t. I’ve been on TRT for 10 years, have never taken HCG, and as long as my E2 is in check I have no libido issues. You’re replacing your natural production with test injections so as long as your hormone levels are good then your libido should be good as well.

If your balls shrink and You want them to be normal size Then that's a good reason to use it.

If your having certain hormonal issues hcg might have a place.

If your someone Who's nuts Don't shrink or you don't care if they do.And you're not having any hormonal issues, I don't see any purpose to use it.

I havnt used it in like 10 years

Yes, I have been on TRT for years and never used HCG. My balls are small (I like it like that, I really don’t understand why anyone would want big balls?) and I have never experienced libido issues.
 
If you're not going to use HCG - just make sure you're other hormones are in line - not just Testosterone

you may want to consider adding in some DHEA and Pregnenolone to help keep a more balanced hormone profile.

Dermacrine is a great option, as it includes DHEA and Pregnenolone, as well as resveratrol and 7,8 benzoflavone - this mix offers a ton of benefit and works very synergistically with TRT. I usually recommend guys on TRT to run a low dose of Dermacrine - like 2-3 pumps daily.

Don't care about ball shrinkage at all as long as the libido still alive and well! Sex is a big part of my life.

Good feedback man so just curious how do you keep your E2 in check ? Are you using AI's ? Brand new to running TRT haven't started yet researching my ass off and trying to develop a new diet plan as well .

if you're being treated by a physician or clinic, they should be monitoring your bloodwork to give you tailored care. lot of guys don't need an AI on TRT doses of test

I heard PeterMD is the best clinic for cost but you have to know what your doing because the people aren't very knowledgeable or helpful so I'm trying to figure things out for myself if there is any other ways to keep my E2 in check that would be healthier than taking a AI would love to know about it

No hcg for me in 10 years or so and no libido issues. No ed issues either

Also just so you know, libido has nothing to do with getting a hard on. You can have no libido and have sex and you can have high libido and a limp noodle. I'm only bringing this up because most people think libido=boner, but high libido just means you want sex a lot.

Either way i've had no issues with either and no hcg in play
 
Delsolrob mentioned sustain alpha, i used that a lot with and after dermacrine back in the day and sustain makes you wanna bang more often and ive used that and dermacrine alongside low doses of test and they all work well togther. Definately wont hurt to add sustin or both.

Dermacrine 3-5pumps with trt( honestly more is better with that one for me), But I honestly can't remember how much SA i use to use

I used to use .5 mgs of arimidex per week but I switched to subq injections and now I take Inhibit-E by SNS to keep it in check.

Very nice I wonder how this stuff will affect us in long term use have you researched it at all obviously wanna take care of myself the best I can in the long run !

The ingredients in sustain alpa are 7,8 benzoflavone and resveratrol - these are both natural compounds and also antioxidants that have quite a few long term benefits

There natty supps. Id say someone Who has three or four drinks on a friday night has probably 10x health risks than taking a few natural supplements. I'm not saying that having a few drinks on a friday night is gonna kill anybody or hurt anyone but just for comparison,
