Nah. First time with epi actuallym just didn't feel it was enough at 40
take 30 -45 min before the gym
then dose evenly through out the day and you should be fine.

Should work just fineOff hand I think the half life is 6 hours but with 15 mg pills taking it in the am to balance your levels from sleeping then taking it before training will be optimal
