I am looking at running msten for 4 weeks. Below is what I have planned. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

MSten 1 cap per day 4 weeks (12 MG)

4dhea 2 caps per day 4 weeks (100 MG each cap)

AI Aromasin 12.5 EOD 4 weeks

Cycle Support 4 caps twice daily 4 weeks

TUDCA 500mg daily 4 weeks

PCT

Nolva
20/20/20/10
Olympus Labs SUP3R PCT recommend dosage

Any suggestions?

Suggestions:

- If you are set on only doing a 4 week cycle, I would consider upping the Msten to 24mg for the last 2 weeks. Of course, you would do this if you were feeling fine and wanted to see more results. Back in the day, 12-18mg of Msten was considered a good dose for making quality gains. Now a days, I regularly see people using 20-30mg when not stacking it. I don't consider a low dose 4-DHEA to be harsh on the body at all.

- I would consider upping the 4-DHEA to 300mg per day. 200mg is a bit on the low side but may work for you (as a base). You might also consider adding in some Dermacrine to the cycle. It works wonders as a "base" product, and helps to keep you from feeling lethargic. For some people, 4-DHEA doesn't do much to protect against lethargy.

- In theory, you shouldn't need any exemestane (Aromasin) on this cycle. Msten is a dry compound and 200mg of 4-DHEA is nothing to worry about. Only use the Exemestane if you need to. If the need arises, I would personally start @ 12.5mg E3D and adjust up or down as necessary.

Everything else looks great.

Thank you for the suggestions!

If I go with the Dermacrine would you suggest using this in addition to the 4 dhea or in place of it?

I have kids so the transdermal products worry me. I don't want any rubbing off on them when I pick them up / play with them.

Thanks!

They absorb within 15-20 minutes from what everyone has said.

You could definitely stack them if you'd like. I have used Dermacrine as a base product many times and it always does the job. 1 bottle would be enough for this cycle at 3-4 pumps per day. I recently used the combo of 4-DHEA (200mg) with Dermacrine (2 pumps ED) as a base and it worked quite well.

I understand the worry with kids and transdermal hormones. The good thing with Dermacrine is that you can apply it once per day and it will work throughout the day. So for instance, if you applied it in the am after you shower, maybe you don't interact with the kids until the afternoon...? At that point, the product would have absorbed past the outer layer of the skin long ago. Another thing to consider is the application site. I often apply Dermacrine to the insides of my thighs and tops of my feet. This area could in theory be covered up by pants/shorts and socks. The shoulders could be covered by a t-shirt. I really depends on the level of interaction you have with your kids and your dress atire throughout the day.

If using just 4-DHEA solo as your base, like I mentioned before, I would consider having enough on hand to dose at 300-400mg per day if by chance 200mg is not cutting it.

You could also consider adding in 400+ mg of Epi-Andro on top of the 4-DHEA. In the end it really all comes down to how you respond to Msten. Some peoplle get horrible lethargy with it while others are fine with a mild base or none at all.

A couple suggestions:
Might want to bump the tudca dose up. Msten is pretty harsh, especially if you up the dose as Toren suggested

For pct I would add reduce xt for cortisol control. Especially after a short, harsh cycle this can be an issue.

I'd also considering running a low dose cycle support in pct as well. I do a half dose of cel cycle assist through mine.

Rubbing hand sanitizer over the application area once the Dermacrine dries will also help keep it from getting spread to others

I'm running DMZ and Msten right now at 30mg a day and it's ****ing amazing. The lethargy is pretty sucky tho I'm not going to lie.

You have to have your on cycle support squared away tho, not something you **** around with.

Otherwise do as the above had said, the derma should help combat the lethargy.
