How does this diet look

Protein bar
A bowl of cherrios
Glass of milk

Meal#2
Peanut butter sandwich with whole grain bread


Meal#3
Turkey/lean meat sandwich with whole grain bread
Pasta + vegetables

Meal#4
Turkey/lean meat sandwich with whole grain bread

Meal#5
Protein bar
Pasta

Meal #6
Whatever my mom makes for dinner (cant do anything about this, always somthing healthy though)

*all meals with water, with an occasional Gatorade
 
Take out the protein bars. Add some lean ground beef or turkey to meal 1 and some chicken breasts to meal 5.
 
take out the bread, protein bars, cherios and gatorade. buy some oats, steaks, peanut butter, coconut oil, whole milk if u dont get bloated from it
 
disagree with sanchez. keep protein bars but use them as snacks. cereal is a great snack and i love bread for those extra carbs during bulking. i dont care what kind of carbs they are. you can eat anything for a bulk. u will cut later.
