How does this 7,8 Benzoflavone Complex stack up? is it worth it?

7,8 Benzoflavone 100mg(99% by HPLC), Trans Resveratrol 100mg(98% by HPLC), Phophatidylserine 290mg(70% by HPLC), Piperine (95% by HPLC), Plant Cellulose (HPMC) from VegiCaps

I'm looking for something to lower cortisol(it's at 29), cut estrogen from 28 to 14-16 and increase free testosterone and total test as a result of lowering cortisol and estrogen AND I'd like to be able to not have to cycle it. Is this product worth it? I am currently taking Fenugreek, but I don't think it's strong enough.
