How do you lose belly fat?

Same way you lose any fat, with cardio!

There is no spot reduction technique. You cannot lose fat in only specific areas.

Do cardio with weights for maximum fat reduction. When your losing fat, it sucks but stomach fat is usually the last to go.

Ramp up the furnace in you and start burning fat. Remember, cardio plus weights will yield maximum results

This. Make sure your diet is in check and decrease caloric intake and step up the high intensity cardio and that is the best way to lose.

Try invictus as it is used to lower cortisol levels, which effects belly fat.

loads of steroids. pretty much all of them. at once.

or yohimbine hcl. same thing

Invictus and lots and lots of situps-jump rope is very effective cardio.

there is a reason boxers still do situps and jump rope!!!

leg raises and inverted leg raises will help also.

Crack, Jack Daniels, Budweiser, and never eat solid food. You'll burn fat like you never thought you could.?

X2 for liposuction!

Seriously though...OP, you need to NAIL diet and stay consistent with a training routine that works for YOU. We all are different. I do not like doing cardio on the days I hit the weights. When I cut, I do 4 days of weights, 2 days of cardio and Sunday is my rest day. My diet is spot on and I stick to my routine. Without proper nutrition you will not achieve any goal. But for losing fat, it’s twice as important. There are many ways to skin a cat. If you need help with developing a training routine to meet your needs we are here to help.

deficit. last to go (along with lower back - the circle of doom). helpers - caffeine with ephedrine/salbutamol/clenbuterol, safest to least, not even going to mention the industrial solvent. any exercise burns very little fat - its just a calorie (energy) suck to either increase your deficit that much more OR eat more food (satiety/prevent binges) at the same energy level. keto doesn't "burn" any more fat then any non-keto strategy - not in any meta-analysis i've seen when energy was equal. stagger the "cuts" - deficit/maint./deficit/maint...and be patient. look at how low male competitors go during prep (ones who do real bulks in the off season) with the calories - and you probably aren't using the gear they are. good luck!

Cool story bro

I can't believe no one has said carb cycling. Probably hands down how to lose the most amount of body fat in the shortest amount of time. Plus add some good old supplements to preserve muscle, reduce cortisol, thermogenics, and get that diet clean.

That’s a part of diet :) I just didn’t have time to type out every detail in my post.

True, but I think people need to stop doing these "fad" diets and just eat clean and find a balance then start doing some carb cycling after they find out their maintenance calories. Maybe do 100% carbs two days, 75% two days, and 50% carbs for three days. Just the basics

Agreed. When I say diet, I don’t mean “lose 5 pounds in 5 days!” Type of diet. I mean a lifestyle change that fits your goals.

Exactly! Lifestyle change. I just wish more people would chill and be patient. A half a pound to a pound a week equals more fat loss and less muscle loss.

Can you explain more about carb cycle and supplements ?

I actually that it was spam at first, then reread and noticed it might be language thing.

My apologies.

no need, but thanks.

simpler is - most "fat burning" occurs at very low intensity rates - which usually the rest of the day as you work, run errands, etc... compared to the x minutes of "cardio" there is no contest. then there is the "how much energy does one *really* burn during cardio" - not as much as people think, and measuring devices are highly inaccurate. 300cals would be *a lot!!!!!* - now, is 100% of that going to be fat? nope. even at 100% - 300cals with some liberty is 30 grams of fat or 1 ounce - but you aren't burning 100% and you aren't burning 300 cals.

here's another kick in the pants - unless you were going to be asleep otherwise when doing the cardio - you would have burned a portion of the cals/fat in daily life anyway - whittle away even more of the mythical 100% of 300cals! :-)

just do what you like for your heart *and will always do* ( i walk fast, lol and never "dred" my cardio) and lift heavy butt weights in the wait room - let your deficit control you fat %

Can you explain more about carb cycle and supplements ?
There are a lot of ways to do it. I explained one that's a little easier for beginners. So you start out with your maintenance calories and find out the macros that suit YOU. First two days you eat 100% of the carbs in the macros that you figured up then the next two days consume 75% of the carbs. The next three days eat 50% of the carbs then repeat. So say you start Sunday and go thru to Saturday it would look like this example: Sunday/ Monday 300g carbs, Tuesday/ Wednesday 225g carbs, Thursday/ Friday/ Saturday 150g carbs. There is always more you can do with this as well. Such as only weight training in a 4 days on 3 days off split and using the 3 days of lower carbs to do cardio and abdominal exercises.
