How do you get vascular?

It's all about dieting for me. Chicken, fish and clean carbs really make me look vascular. I have also been concentrating on form and contractions on each lift which has helped tremendously.

take arginine. Take 5-10 grams DAy It will help ur veins get bigger. Make sure u have a low bf% to make it more noticeable

Umm, Super Pump 250 if you don't want to go anabolic? Not sure what you really want or your stats

First of all mate you got to get quite low on BF % the less you have the more bulging your veins are going to stand out, it also has something to do with genetics! Also roids are going to bring them forth by increasing RBC

When low enough ingridience like arginine like people suggest are going to help, also preworkouts if your going to the vascular effect. Im cutting right now, and going to post some pictures so that people can follow my progress!

goal is to hit the sickpack while overall achieveing a cutted compotion!

There is really only two ways to become more vascular. One is to be lucky enough to have good genetics that allow for very little water to be held between the muscle and skin. The other is to get to very low body fat. Supps wont to a whole lot for continuous vascularity, meaning it may last for a couple hours after a workout but doesnt last.

Vascularity is based on low bf, how intense you are training and yea also supplements like arginine. But personally I noticed no difference after taking it for years and coming off it. Your veins will naturally expand based on your activity level and how much blood is flowing into the muscle. If you want your muscles swelling w/ blood than do some research on Time Under Tension. Also don't rest 3-5 minutes in between sets.. For Biceps I rest 45secs, Chest 1-1:30, Back 1-1:30, Shoulders 1-1:30, Triceps 1min, Legs 1:30-2min. It's enough recoperation time plus you are keeping the blood pumping and moving
