How do you delete Inbox messages in bulk?

I apologize ahead of time if this info is on the site somewhere?

But is there a way to delete your Inbox messages in bulk instead of going one at a time?

Each message has a box next to it, if you look at the box above that in your top message you can click it and it will select the whole page.

Also, at the bottom of the page in your inbox and sent box, there is spot that says "empty inbox" and "empty sent items" I believe. It might not say exactly that, I can't remember, but you get the idea.
