How do you calculate serm dosage?

How is this done? Is it by the PH run, your weight, or any other combination?

Or is there a pretty much set scale for each serm.

I am looking at running torem with my PCT, and was curious about what kind of dosage to use. I have read other info on here, where it seems the norm is to have a huge start, 120 mg for the first 3 days, then gradually ramp down, to 100 or 90 and then 70 or so.

There are some guidelines, but it usually goes more or less by how the user decides to use it himself.

I believe toremifene is said to work well @ 120/90/90/60 mg/day.

I've read and gone by 50,50,50,50 for clomid, and nolva at 20,20,10,10, which is half of what most recommend, but is just as effective.

I've done nolva for 4 PH cycles now, and doing both as above for an inject PCT, and so far so good!!

With natural test boosters and AI's, of course......

Thanks for the help, I Will probably run my Torem like AwefullyAmazin had listed, that seems to be the favorite dosage and spread for that....
