How do you become a source on AM?

Well first a company has to decide that they want to pay to advertise here, because really that's all reps even are, then said company pays the admin and they now have the right to have a "rep" on AM, then the company may post that they are looking for a "rep" and eventually they choose someone, after that the "rep" distributes their coupon code and they get a commission off of everyone who uses the code.
