I have 11 days until competition day, the 27th of december.
How do i work the 7 days out from the comp from the 20th? currently i'm doing 60c/240p/95f and will be doing a semi carb up on the 18th of 250c/200p/36f
Take proper diet and do exercise early in the morning, then in evening and just little bit walk in the night. If you follow these tips every day then your whole week will be great and your health will be better soon.
