How common is it to inject into a vein accidentally?

I've done four injections so far, one in each delt and one in each glute. I read that accidentally injecting into a vein can be very dangerous. I didn't even think about this during my previous injections. Now I'm kinda paranoid to inject. How exactly can you know if you've hit a vein?

Always aspirate first. You pull back on the plunger. If you get blood, your in a vein.

When I had to do injections, I found that I went through them more often then in them.

Why did you start another thread on this?? Your other one has plenty of responses. There is nothing left to be said, but back and forth arguing.
