How can i work out when im not in the gym?

Im going to england soon and i really want to keep my workout going .. can i bring my supps? also what should i do.. i know theres those like stretchy things you can curl and i can also do push ups and crutches.. ugh 3 weeks to mess up my schedule :(
 
Where are you going to be staying?? Push ups between chairs, weighted dip on the side of a bed or chairs. Strech bands you can do curls and overhead shoulder and tri presses.

in my aunties house idk if she would apreciate me doing workouts on her chairs :'( .. how can i do weighted dips on the side of a bed?
 
i'm going to have the same problem next week. I'll probably be in the middle of a field digging a hole for a pipeline for weeks on end.
 
Pushup variations - clap, triceps, elevated, weighted
pullups
dips
one-legged squats (killer!)
abs -crunches, raises, v-ups whatever
that would make a pretty challenging full body workout..

or if you want some conditioning/gpp work, maybe a circuit of
skipping
burpees
sprints

that should be enough if you did those a few times a week to make sure when you get back you wouldn't have lost much strength.

If there is a park nearby you can find some sturdy iron to do your pullups/dips/hanging raises!
 
You've gotta learn to think outside the box. I used to think, "Oh God! No gym!? I'll lose my size! Jesus! NOOoooo!" But you can train better with pieces of drift wood on a damned beach. Go back to the basics... I mean way back. Even further. No, keep going. Dinosaur training; That's where it's at.
