You mean how to lose weight without feeling weak, sluggish, grumpy, and hungry? I think you’d benefit from adopting some principles from the low carb community and in turn adapt your body to running on fats. Running on fats keeps hunger in check for very long periods. There’s way more benefits than that but I’m not gonna go into all of them. Just do research on keto and it’s affiliates, like carnivore, paleo, intermittent fasting. Also, cut slowly.
 
As YoungThor said, become fat adapted. My opinion the easiest, most fluid way for the body to be primed to lose body fat, not muscle, body fat.
