Short and sweet. Looking at the best 12-16 week setup for these supps.
2 BLR FOLLIDRONE
3 MUSCLETECH CLEAR MUSCLE
3 MUSCLETECH PHOSHPAMUSCLE (PA)
3 IRON FORGED MOST WANTED
4 SNS X GELS
6 OG ANABETA
my original set up was going to be Xgels, Folli, and most wanted but was advised against the most wanted being used with x gels due to it having anti flammatory properties.
That then turned to me stacking MW with Clear muscle and Phosphamuscle but they all work via increased protein synthesis and I think its overkill. Right now im leaning towards X gels, CM, and phosphamuscle followed by folli, anabeta and most wanted.
Anyone have better ideas on this one?
