oral 4-AD has bad bioavailability.

how bad? If I took 900mg as 300X3 a day,how much I can really have?

I don't like rub myself really....

already did a search, but can't find it.

I think it's about a 15% conversion, but I havent seen any test results. I took oral 4ad a few years back, I would say that 900mg oral/day is about the same as 300-400mg transdermal (effects-wise).

so it looks like

900mg oral/day(15% conversion)=300-400mg transdermal/day(30% conversion)
