How after your last dose should you start pct?

For a 4 week rpn havoc cycle dosed at 30/30/30/40? Ive read things saying when your shooting up you should wait 2 weeks to start pct. Is it the same for prohormones?

two weeks is for injectable/estered AAS, start ph/ds PCT the next day.

Happened to me. Luckily I came back to life. I'll always start pct directly after an oral cycle now.
