how many bills, out of curiosity?
It was more a rhetorical question...but the point was, very little. Election year...
Should I knock on wood?

Rick Collins pointed out that the senate bill also has some differences and the two will need to be reconciled first.
Wow, another one of these threads. These are hilarious!. There's a few of these every year with the same retarded comparisons to cigarettes and alcohol!.

I say we boycott all the supp companies who back this bill.
unfortunately, thanks to citizens united, it's damn near impossible to figure out who contributes how much money at this point. There are disclosed numbers, but a contribution to someone's SuperPAC is not a direct contribution to the candidate, and a job offer after their term is over wouldn't be disclosed until later. It's part of the reason why everything is so gridlocked in Washington. Hopefully this bill stays in the gridlock too.I say we boycott all the supp companies who back this bill.
I think they have to redo the bill through committee if that's the case.I'm sure it will pass. It's all about pro sports. If there weren't billions in sports steroids would be legal and no one would care. The upside is surely there will be great sales coming so save your money for when the senate comes back. However, they may not pass anything until after January when the new senate comes in.
Crossing my fingers and getting my wallet ready!Well, let's just hope the Senate doesn't give a crap about this one.![]()
Honestly, for most of us this law passing would just change the buying pattern from gray market to black market. It just makes it less convenient, and the probability of getting ripped off becomes a bit higher. Congress doesn't think much about unintended consequences as a group - if they manage to ban designer steroids, in their mind, problem solved. Except then people start pinning or buying who knows what instead. Wars on drugs don't work because the demand is always going to be there, so altering the supply to take legitimate or even slightly questionable businesses out of the mix means that only true criminals will be supplying. Except for that very select group of people who do it for the love of the game.Crossing my fingers and getting my wallet ready!
I've been looking at raw powders. **** in the long run it's cheaper anyways. Talked to a few guys that bought some and seem to like it. Obviously Id want to keep my powders and capsules in different locations. Don't need a distribution charge.
Curious to how this happenedBad thing I currently live with ex wife's folks.
Curious to how this happened
I think this same bill or a variation of it was up for vote last year and died once it got to the senate. But I'd still expect it to pass within the next year or sooner
I want the answer too! Haha.Clear pms bro. I cant answer lol
Crack is the best preworkout though.. I mean we are doing a lot of crying in here, but we are the one appointing these guys, so honestly pointing the finger at them is like point at a reflection.Disappointing. I wish government would focus on real problems in America, like homelessness, joblessness, and drugs that REALLY hurt people like heroin or crack. Why does THE MAN have always be up in my business??
Not true there are other parties, those are just the two big ones, though it is hard for a third party to compete against those two giants. The founding fathers did warn about the party system, but we didn't listen. It is really hard to fight against them, but there is always steps to take, like petitions. But, it isn't like just the lobbyist are pushing it, the US in it entirety is misinformed about steroids and believe they are all bad.. Ever ask someone about steroids? They always come up with the myths, makes your penis smaller or roid rage.but there are only two choices, republicans and democrats. and they are all against steroids and all completely guided by the lobbying interests of the Corporate titans.
Actually they aren't as irrelevant as you believe, parties are created on different aspects, some on an issue, others on beliefs. Parties created on a specific issue are usually adopted by the bigger party to attract more voters and so small parties do change the big parties and their issues. Need to educate the masses and pull the black veil from everyone's eyes. People see these celebrities look like gods and put on ridiculous amount of muscle in short periods of time, but no one blinks an eye.. Steroid use is under everyone's nose but they won't accept it.yea, but the third parties don't have a shot so they are pretty much irrelevant. i agree that the public is misinformed about steroids and misinformed about a lot of things.

Exactly. I was trying to explain to my friend how ripped and big Jackman was in the new xmen movie just didn't seem natural for a man of his age, especially since he just got back from recording les miserable, and he looked like death on that. He was like nah man he just works out all day...This exactly. I have a friend who thinks the Rock (Dwayne Johnson) was all natural in Pain and Gain. His reasoning was just "because hes the rock dude and he can get that big naturally"
If I had a fcken dollar for everytime I heard this ****....He was like nah man he just works out all day...
"Man is not free unless government is limited" - Ronald Reagan
Its a sad fact that with every administration since his time government has grown larger and more tyrannical. Our latest administration has advanced the 'Big Government' agenda more than all others combined and in many more areas than just what we are concerned about here in this post. It was only a matter of time before they came after our PH's .... disguised as 'protecting our health'. What's next ?
You honestly think they give a fck about a letter lol. I don't think people realize how corrupt the gov isI have been saying for a long time Bodybuilders and AAS users need to call their Senators, Congressmen, Governors, et al. I for one wrote a letter to my Governor. Maybe we should even start a lobbying group. It seems to me that that's the only thing they listen to.
i wrote my senator. he doesn't give a ****, all they care about are the lobbyists.

It is all about lobbyists. And baseball. Congress loved baseball and they hate people performing well. So it's clearly a national problem everytime someone breaks a record and is popped for ped use. And then you have the lovely supplement lobbying firms that want everything that works banned.
But! If pot smoking hippies can get together and bitch non stop for 40 years and get pot legalized in several states why can't athletes do the same thing? Aside from no pro athlete wanting to ever admit they aren't awesome naturally.
