Hot or Not?!? "Alpha Beta Gamma Lamda" Test

Received my "I can't believe it's not butter!" pre-workout anabolic that (allegedly, or so I am soon to discover) increases focus, strength, and muscle contraction.

Will take 4 caps prior to workouts, especially MA training as the above effects could be quite profound for this application.

Per USP's request,
I will not be taking any:
Camphibolic
Symmetry
Cissus-Rx
Powerfull
any SERM or Anti-E :(
Creatine or CEE
BCAA product
fish oil
sesamin
superdrol, pheraplex, or any prosteroid/prohormone...

Of which I had only been taking BCAA's, fish oil, and ATD. The ATD was in conjunction with DHEA and fenugreek. Kind of a "poor man's stack" :D

I will be continuing to train exactly as I was with TUT and continuing my cals at ~maintenence with a moderate amount of cardio.

Going to dose my four at 6:30, one hour before MA class. I hope it will not effect sleep dosing this late. I am pretty resistant to most stims however (except Venom, evil shizit) and figure taking it late is a great way to test it! :D Besides, if I am up all night I can spend it berating BigV for not doing morning cardio! :stick: (Just messin bro, I am still in awe how you can do any cardio at all while carb cyclin, friggin kills my endurance something fierce)

Dosed as planned, 6:30 PM sharp. MA class was great, I felt a nice mind body connection and energy was good. I did have caffeine before class as well but this was obviously above and beyond what C can do. (perhaps some synergy happening there, will have to test w/out as well) Checked BP 2.5 hrs after dosing, 112 over 72 (normal for me) with a resting pulse of 68 (slightly elevated for me).

Still noticing quite the "amp" 4 hrs later but not a "cracked out" feeling at all. Appetite not effected, I just scarfed down some BBQ plank steak, pasta and a spinach & kitchen sink salad. I am very focused and feel like I should be out on an evening run. Probably not going to get much sleep tonight but hey, anything for prosperity right?

I know it's only day one but so far I really like this stuff. I am not prone to placebo effects at all so....

We shall see how tommorrow's leg workout followed by cardio Kboxing goes. I plan to run in the morning as well so maybe I will dose before then too. Why not! :D
 
Resting HR of 68 BP?..You're the Zen-Master, the anabolic Miagi of AM..In fact, you shouldn't even have a heart rate, the blood should circulate through your body out of pure fear.

Haha, I was aluding to the fact that my HR was elevated. My non-stim resting HR is ~53.

The low carb days do a number on endurance, for sure. Works to strip the fat though. Im going to go one better though - Im 90% sure Monday I'll start a full-blown CKD, for 6 weeks. That should get be the end of it all this cutting business!

Man, Ive tried to get the AM cardio thing going...its SO hard for me. If I had a treadmill or elliptical machine in my apartment I could do it - but I cant get up the motivation to do anything strenuous that early. Ive been a night owl for the past 15 years or so, and its REALLY hard to change. Kind of unnerving,actually - I should have better self control over something like that.

Dosed this AM 30 min before waking to test it with some cardio. Woke up feeling great but was easily distracted by an intense mental absorbtion of the CPU, haha. Was trying to find the supplies I need for my test suspension experiment and lost track of time. By the time I headed out for a run I only had 25 minutes before I had to get the kiddo's ready for school so no extended endurance test today. Felt good on the run however.

My mind is still at an elevated sense of alertness/focus some 5 hrs later.

I will dose again this afternoon before light legs followed by cardio Kboxing and possibly another 30 min on the TM. Last cardio class I sweat so bad I was LITERALLY wringing out my shirt afterwards. Love the look on peoples faces when I do that! I may bring another shirt so the add'l cardio will be possible.
 
Dosed again at 3:00 PM, hit my B set at 4:00 (Bi's, quads & hammies), Cardio Kboxing from 5-6:00 and jumped on the TM for 20 minutes - 2.5 miles. Felt like I could just keep going but figured I had better stop. Not to mention my shirt was so soaked (yes, I forgot to bring a spare) it was slightly uncomfortable to run. Def focused & mentally sharp. Love it.

5 hrs later I am still jacked up and rearin to go. I only slept about 3hrs last night thanks to my late dosing experiment but you wouldn't know it watchin me beebop around the house like a friggin squirrel. :D

Am not getting the normal appetite suppression that I get from stims. On the contrary, I am ravenous. Wasn't hungry while working out but as soon as I was done, look out. Eating doesn't help. I had a decent serving of pasta, a porkchop and a plethora of veggies for dinner and 20 minutes later felt like I hadn't eaten since breakfast. ( Wolfin down a couple healthy oatmeal, spelt, raisin cookies & skim milk as I type. (chew, chew, swallow, gulp gulp.... aaaahhhhh.) Crap, still hungry!
 
Yeah so far i haven't really gotten that pre-workout rush i get with stimulants. I have gotten the focus nad muscle contraction for sure. Which magazines are you reffering to?
 
Dosed 4 caps without the caffeine before my AM workout and cardio. Did not get the same rush w/out the C. I was nice and focused for the workout and although I stopped the cardio at 20 minutes it seemed very easy. (Workout was bi's, quads and hams, thus the shorter cardio session, I wanted some good bloodflow into the legs and a couple extra cals expended but any more than 20 minutes after legs seems over doing it to me.

Dosed another 4 caps in the evening before MA class, this time with some C but a much smaller dose than normal. Still not the same rush as I was getting but a decent feeling of focus/alertness. Had no problems falling asleep this time with the later dose(I am only up right now for my usual feeding).

Plan on AM & PM cardio tomorrow. Will dose before both and report back.
 
Unable to perform AM cardio. Legs were hard as a rock from yesterdays WO. Not overly sore but mega pumped, no soup for me.

No evening cardio either, it was my son's Bday (11) so we went out to dinner and did the cake and presents thing. Quads are still very pumped. Wierd.

I am scheduled for my "A" set in the AM and if I get to the gym early enough I will do cardio too. MA training in the PM.


Hey USP, is it ok for me to dose 4 caps 2x in one day as I have been doing? Thinking about upping to 5. Can that be done twice?

sure- just don't dose it after about 4pm- you may have trouble sleeping

How have you been feeling with this and a stim BP, in terms of afterwards jitters?...

Nice to see a energy booster that doesn't reduce appetite, that's why i've avoided them, i hate having to force feed myself.
 
BV, not sure, I will give it time as USP suggests.

Mullet, no jitters. Other than keeping me up a little late when I dosed real late there have been no negative sides.

D (USP), I feel ya there, although I just dosed 5 and it's 4:30! Am I going to turn into a pumpkin?


Deff no problems with appetite, so far.

I took 5 this morning with 200mg C and hit my A set. Nice focus. No strength gains, extra pump or increased endurance that I was aware of. Recovery between sets was actually decreased today. My cardio afterwards was only 12 minutes due to time restraints but I hope to be able to give it an endurance test in the morning.

As mentioned, I just dosed 5 with another 200mg C. I am going to eat and then head off to MA class.
 
Ok, the 4:30 dose wired me out untill midnight, as the other night owls here at AM can attest to. :)

Dosed again this AM with 200mg C before cardio. Only did 30 minutes.

Dosed 5 more with another 200mg C at 3:30 (don't know what time they actually made it to my stomach as these dam horse pills jammed in my throat). Ran for 15 minutes before cardi KBoxing (1hr class). Endurance seemed at par with normal.

The stim effects I seem to be getting are more mind intensive than mind muscle. Makes me get out my calculator and start rechecking doses for my upcoming cycle and stuff like that. After I dosed this morning I ended up getting to the gym 30 minutes later than planned cause I got absorbed in some menial task and lost myself.

I seem to be getting increased DOMS since starting this product. May be something else, I did tweak a few minor things in my workout. (Changed narrow grip pulldowns to more of a hammer grip with the low pulley seated row handle and stuff like that) We shall see if that is the culprit, time will tell.

Getting quite the appetite surge after workouts when taking this stuff. Actually getting borderline hypo. Doesn't feel good. I will try hitting more carbs around workout time.

Still at the same BF% BP? Or are you headed into a bulking cycle?

Not sure on the bf%. Haven't checked. I am up a few lbs since ending the cut stack but I don't seem to have gained much if any fat. Taking it a little more freely on the cal intake instead of tracking to the minutia. Kind of a little break before I start my cycle.:pizza: :burg:
 
Dosed 6 caps with 200mg C. Hit my B set, bi's, quads & hams. Followed up with 47 min. on the TM for 6 mi. good for 850 cals.

Still getting that "distracted" type of mental energy but I got some good reps out of squats and I could have just kept going on the TM. BB squats went 225 for 20 and 275 for 18 below parallel. That is quite good for me. Especially since I am focusing on frequency over intensity on my leg workouts.

I don't know how much longer I can take this stuff as the mental distraction is really pissing me off. :D
 
Are things still going smoothly, BP?

I agree on the stimulation effects, this stuff has me sweating like a fat kid trying to make it to Taco Bell before they close.
 
I am still taking before workouts but I am not getting much from the product anymore. The stim effect seemed to taper out for me. I am now on a cycle so any further testing from me would be mute.
